Wags 'n' Whiskers - Village at Shirlington - THIS Weekend - 8/29/2009 Have you been to the Village at Shirlington in recent months/years? It keeps expanding with new shops, restaurants, a new performing arts theater and library, residential, a hotel, parking garages, etc. Well, tomorrow (Saturday), they're hosting a pet festival of sorts, called Wags 'n' Whiskers. Show them how much we appreciate their dog-friendly approach to business!
